What is my copay?

Your co-pay amount should be listed in your insurance plan documents or even on your insurance ID card. If you can't find it,  call the customer service number on your insurance ID card. 

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 53 minutes in length, but for whatever reason, you needed shorter sessions,  speak with your therapist.

When will sessions be in-person?

On Monday, July 12th we began seeing a limited amount of clients in person. We continue to see clients both in-person and via Telehealth. 

Is the phone consult free?

Yes, we offer a 30-minute free phone consult with an available therapist to begin the therapeutic process.

How often are sessions?

Session typically begins by meeting with a therapist on a weekly basis. However, we understand life is busy and can begin bi-weekly sessions.
