Our COVID safety protocol
Connecting to Greatness safety guidelines and protocols were created in full compliance with the Center for Disease Control and the State of Massachusetts. The health, safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. Staff will be trained on all protocols. We will be monitoring all updates to federal, state, and local guidelines. We anticipate these guides listed here to evolve. Check back here for updates.
Face Mask
Face masks are required for all employees and clients upon entering Connecting to Greatness facilities and during sessions.
How to properly wear a mask or face-covering
When you wear a cloth mask, it should:

Cover your nose and mouth,

Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face,

Be secured with ties or ear loops,
-
Include multiple layers of fabric,
-
Allow for breathing without restriction, and
-
Be able to be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape.
Physical Distancing
Physical distance- standing at least six feet away from others individuals - is required within Connecting to Greatness facilities and during sessions.
Cleaning and Sanitation Practices
Connecting to Greatness uses cleaning products that meet EPA guidelines and are effective against viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. Air filters and hand sanitizers are situated in each room and the common area. Therapy rooms are disinfected before each client's arrival, with particular attention to high-touch items. The office is thoroughly cleaned regularly.
48 hours before the session
For your safety, 48 hours before arrival review the client screening health questionnaire below to ensure that you can attend your upcoming in-person session.
If you answer yes to any of the following questions, please contact your therapist to reschedule.
If you answered no to all the questions you are cleared to enter the building.
Employee/Client Health Screening Questionnaire
1. Have you experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, including a fever of 100.0 degrees F or greater, a new cough, new loss of taste or smell, or shortness of breath that started in the past 10 days?

No. Go to the next question.

Yes, and I have received a lab-confirmed negative result from a COVID-19 diagnostic test (not a blood test) since the onset of symptoms AND have not had symptoms for at least 24 hours. Go to the next question.

Yes, and I am not in the category above. No further screening is needed. The employee/client may not enter the building.
2. In the past 10 days, have you gotten a lab-confirmed positive result from a COVID-19 diagnostic test? (1) Please note that 10 days is measured from the day you were tested, not from the day when you got the test result.

3. Are you currently waiting for the results of a COVID-19 test?

This Health Screening is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Health screening results will be reviewed for the sole purpose of gaining access to facilities and confidentiality will be maintained.
Upon Arrival For Session
For your safety when you arrive for your session please stay in your car and call 978 516 4600 and dial your therapist extension.

Only under specific circumstances (with prior approval) can someone accompany you inside.
