Our highly educated, experienced mental health professionals are able to help you on many levels. Our practitioner of effective, action-oriented, and positive approaches that will help you get results. This can be through therapy, or through solution-focused coaching, depending on your needs. As a counselor, I maintain very strict ethical guidelines on professional boundaries and confidentiality. I hold all clients to this standard regardless of the services provided.

Counseling: Counseling is longer-term in comparison to coaching. It includes the process of diagnosing, resolving problematic beliefs, behaviors, relationship issues, feelings and sometimes physical responses. Counseling can focus on past traumas and issues to change self-destructive habits, repair and improve relationships and work through painful feelings. Helping people address significant psychological problems issues and resolve problems that make them feel bad emotionally, or are impairing their ability to function well. Connecting to Greatness exclusively practices evidence-based forms of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and others.
Coaching: Every client is unique, but coaches typically recommend at least one year of coaching. The first quarter or so of the sessions are used to identify limiting beliefs. The next three to six months are used to develop patterns to overcome those limiting beliefs. Thereafter is to help you make those patterns second nature, part of your regular habits that you practice on a daily basis. Coaching can help with clarity in your purpose, become an effective leader, achieve health and fitness goals, and ignite passion in your relationships. Coaching is positive, present and future-focused, and offers direct feedback, structure, and accountability.
