At Connecting to Greatness, we help people heal and grow towards happy and fulfilled lives. We connect individuals with remarkable providers who assist them handle challenges like anxiety, relationship issues, depression, and significant life transitions. We are committed to promoting the well-being of individuals and families. We use a service system that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality, and self-compassion. We provide accessible and quality mental healthcare for adults.
 
Connecting to Greatness is a teaching mental health practice that focuses on mental health education and training. Clinicians practice under the direct and indirect supervision of a senior mental health clinician.

 

Connecting to Greatness helps clients confront self-limiting beliefs, realign with what's truly important to them, take accountability, and learn to trust themselves once more. We help people address significant psychological problems and resolve issues that make them feel bad emotionally or are impairing their ability to function well. 
 
Connecting to Greatness believes that everyone everywhere could benefit from therapy because living in this world, we all have experienced pain at some point in our lives. This pain, if not processed, goes unresolved, affecting us in other areas. Connecting to Greatness seeks to create a space to help more people become their best and most authentic selves.

Kimatra Maxwell is a Masters-level, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), the founder and Clinical Director of Connecting to Greatness LLC. She has approximately a decade of experience working in the human service field as a clinician. She is an NASW-MA Chapter member and a former board member. She truly believes that there is greatness within us all and is passionate about helping individuals live fulfilled and happy lives. Kimatra has provided coaching, counseling support, and wraparound services to families in various settings. Her counseling experiences include substance abuse and mental health counseling in Worcester County with organizations, Community Health Link, Spectrum, and Heywood Hospital. She studied at Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in New York City and specializes in working with adults.

She truly believes that you are the expert in your life and everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilled life. Roselene has provided counseling services to individuals in various settings.  Her counseling experiences include substance abuse and mental health counseling in Middlesex County with organizations, Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services, Lawrence General Hospital, and Lowell Community Health Center. She studied at  Fitchburg State University and Salem State University and specialized in working with adults.

Stefani Rosado is a Masters-level, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working in the human service field as a clinician. She truly believes in the power of a collaborative approach to therapy to help individuals reach their full potential. Stefani has provided counseling services to individuals and families in both outpatient and community-based settings. Her counseling experiences include mental health counseling in Worcester and Suffolk county with organizations, South Bay Community Services, and Upham’s Elder Service Plan/PACE. Stefani studied at Southern Connecticut State University and Boston University and specialized in working with older adults.
