 Did you know that according to U.S. News, around 80% of resolutions fail by the second week of February? It's a staggering statistic, but it doesn't have to be your reality this year. As someone who consistently achieves my goals, I'm here to share a few tips to help you stay motivated and consistent in reaching your goals this year.






  1. Identify Your WHY: Understand why accomplishing your goal is important to you. Make a list of your reasons and keep it visible. Reminding yourself of your motivations daily will boost your motivation and consistency.

  3. Join Support Groups: Surround yourself with like-minded individuals by joining groups that share your goals. Whether online or in-person, these communities provide inspiration and resources.
